Intelligence Science Course

Intelligence science is an interdisciplinary subject, which mainly studies the basic theory and implementation technology of intelligent behavior by brain science, cognitive science, artificial intelligence and other disciplines. Brain science studies the mechanism of natural intelligence at the molecular, cellular and behavioral levels, establishes brain models, and reveals the essence of the human brain. Cognitive science is the study of human perception, learning, memory, thinking, consciousness and other brain mental activities. Artificial intelligence research uses artificial methods and technologies to imitate, extend and expand human intelligence and realize machine intelligence. The joint research of the three disciplines and the exploration of new concepts, new theories and new methods of intelligence science will surely create brilliance in the 21st century.

At the initiative of Professor Zhongzhi Shi, the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences offered courses in intelligence science.
